Picking up Graduation Packets

It is the responsibility of the student to file the appropriate degree applications in the office of the Graduate School (Room 354, Eagle Student Services Center.) Here's how to get a graduation application packet:

• Go to the Graduate School, M-F, 8:00-5:00
• Go to the After Hours Desk, M-Th, 5:00-7:00
• Order on-line, to be snail-mailed to your address

Graduate students wishing to graduate who are unable to pick up graduation materials in person are encouraged to call the Graduate School (940-565-2383) and request that they be sent by mail. Due to the nature of the application forms, applications for graduation are currently not available on-line.
