Feedback Form :: Non-Enrollment at UNT

Since you did not enroll, we would like to encourage you to give us feedback as to why you did not attend UNT so that we may better serve our students in the future. You may do so by completing the form below. If you are still interested in graduate study at UNT, it will be necessary for you to complete a new application for admission so that we may update our information and process your application to the degree program. You may re-apply by visiting our website at www.gradschool.unt.edu. All application materials that you have previously submitted, such as transcripts, will remain on file in our office for one academic year. All application materials will be discarded after one year if no further action has been taken on your file.
